主要研究方向(导师)

1.肺部吸入制剂研究:致力于核酸(DNA、RNA)、蛋白质(抗体、疫苗)等生物大分子药物递送系统的研究。基于微、纳米粒颗粒的制剂工程平台技术,通过递药系统的设计、制剂与肺内微环境相互作用的研究,寻求克服肺部药物递送屏障有效策略,实现肺部吸入给药制剂可高效递送,为肺部感染、炎症、肺癌、慢性肺阻病、以及哮喘等难治性肺部疾病提供新的治疗方案。

2. 组织工程:探索促进愈合、减少疤痕的伤口敷料,人工血管等组织工程材料的物理化学性质与其生物学效应之间的关联,从制剂角度探究组织工程材料的关健制剂学属性。

3. 基于PLGA/PLA等生物可降解聚合物的长效微球注射剂的研究。
